First , I needed a name for my magazine.I thought of a few that I thought would sound good for my magazine.I then asked people in my media class which one they prefered for a pop magazine.I did this to get opinions of what people think is most suitable and find out what they would expect to see.I found that " Volume " was most popular.However,I seeked more advice and thought about it and I decidid that " Starz " would sound better because it fits in better with my chosen genre being about celebs and for young teenagers.
This is from when my tittle was going to be called " volume !" , before i changed my mind.I got my fonts from http://www.dafont.com/ .The most least popular font was " eight track" i think this was because it looks more suited for a indie magazine , it also looks quite mascueline as there is a lack of curves.The most popular was called " disko" which recieved 10 votes out of 17 people.I agreed with this as it does suit my idea of it being a pop magazine and looks quite cheap , fun and gimicky.
